Meet The Team

Lennard LEOS

Lennard Otto is the Managing Director of LEOS, a specialized operation management company focusing on unique attractions and experiences. Prior to that Mr. Otto was the CEO of IMG Worlds of Adventure the world’s largest indoor theme park and oversaw the strategic vision, direction and operational leadership of the business. Mr. Otto has over Fifteen years of experience in managing large hospitality and entertainment-based facilities including resorts, outdoor and indoor waterparks, beachfront developments, theme parks, ski slopes and adventure facilities. Lennard Otto also holds three separate board of director roles across Europe, Mena and Asia and advise multiple companies across the region. Prior to joining IMG Worlds, Mr. Otto held several senior management roles across major ‎leisure destinations throughout South Africa and the Middle East these include Wadi Adventure, John Buck International, Majid Al Futtaim, Atlantis and ‎The Jumeirah Group. Mr. Otto is a committee member of the Al Ain Tourism Authority, Task Force Member of the UAE Ministry of Economy and serves as spokesperson for several global conferences and events. Mr. Otto currently holds a higher education diploma from Port Natal, Republic of South Africa, and is presently pursuing his master’s degree in Business Administration from Liverpool University.

Ms. Oquendo oversees and implements the strategic visions of LEOS and oversees the commercial management and Sales and Marketing strategic planning of its clients. With over 20 years of experience in The Middle East; Ms. Oquendo held several Senior Management roles including her last role with Baqer Mohebi Enterprises managing one of the largest International Franchises. In her previous role as Head of Business Division, Elizabeth was the driving force to the successful launch and establishment in the region of International Brands including Habanos, Arturo Fuente, Don Padron and Vega Fina Cigars. Ms. Oquendo organizes extensive trainings of the products to every client and organizes events for the venues, as well as product launchings and Sales & Marketing activations. Ms. Oquendo was also in charge of the day to day, operations of the biggest retailer in the world, Dubai Duty Free-Airport and Oman Duty Free – Airport, for these International Brands. As part of Ms. Oquendo’s role, she has developed and created a network of over 500 properties of which includes all Five Star Hotels, Nightclubs, Lounges and High-end Restaurants- meaning 90% of Market Share. Under Elizabeth’s supervision, the well-known Worldwide Franchise, La Casa del Habano in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman, were launched and it is now a Key Destination in the region for tourists to visit.

Australia LEOS

Australia is the Vice President of Business Development in LEOS, heading up the Regional and International expansion for the company along with managing Key Relationship and Stakeholders. With a background in retail operations, sales, and events with over 10 years of experience in the Middle East. Prior to this, Australia was also the Business Development Director of Global Leisure & Entertainment, along with holding various roles. Australia also has a background in retail management working with globally recognized brands. Through her previous studies, she has developed her skills for concept & design. Ms. Australia completed her high school at Winchester School Dubai and did her French studies at The Paris Sorbonne University in Abu Dhabi.

Charl LEOS

Charl Le Roux is the Director of Operations at LEOS, where he oversees all aspects of operations, facility and health and safety management for visitor attractions and leisure facilities across all facilities managed by LEOS. He is responsible for managing staff and resources to ensure visitors have an enjoyable experience while running the site at a profit. Charl is a focused and results-driven senior manager with over 20 years of experience in the leisure/sports/hospitality sectors such as Ski areas, Theme parks, FEC’s, IP Snow Parks (Disney’s Frozen and visitor attractions. As a leader of complex operational departments, Charl has extensive experience in managing operations departments to ensure commercial interests are optimized. He is commercially astute and profit-driven, with a unique understanding and skill set, and has a proven track record of increasing revenue, profit, and market share. Charl is committed to providing great moments for everyone to drive revenue and market share, with an inclusive and participatory leadership style. Charl has consulted on the feasibility study and operational elements prior to opening and produced the operational structure for Wintastar, the world's largest indoor snow center. He also consulted from design to operational structures and project managed the fit out and procurement for Snow Abu Dhabi and Snow Oman. Charl generated all operational required documents for Ski Dubai, Ski Egypt, Snow Abu Dhabi, and Snow Oman. He drafted the ISO 9001 documentation for Ski Dubai and Ski Egypt to achieve ISO 9001 certification. As a visionary and forward-thinking manager, Charl has successfully pre-opened Ski Dubai, Ski Egypt, Magic Planet 2.0, Snow Abu Dhabi, and Snow Oman. He is also the Director of National Ski Patrol in the MENA region and a respected industry leader. Charl has been a guest speaker at Powder Fall 2022 (USA) and FIPS World Congress 2019 (Argentina Bariloche).

Ahmed LEOS

Ahmed Saeed is an accomplished Sales Manager with extensive experience in the leisure and entertainment industry. As the Sales Manager for Leisure and Entertainment Operation Services (LEOS) in Dubai, Ahmed is responsible for driving revenue growth and managing the company's sales and marketing activities. With a background in sales, marketing, and advertising, Ahmed is an expert in market analysis, forecasting, and client needs. He has a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and developing strong relationships with clients. Prior to joining LEOS, Ahmed worked as a Senior Sales Executive at Millennium Hotels & Resorts and Cluster Sales Executive at Marriott Hotels International. Ahmed is known for his exceptional communication and customer service skills. He has experience in generating sales leads from CRM, identifying customer needs, and managing large amounts of customers in-store. He is also skilled at building sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Ahmed is well-versed in handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions and alternatives. Ahmed holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Benha University. He is a natural leader with excellent relationship-building skills, making him a valuable asset to any organization. With his expertise in sales and marketing, combined with his strong leadership skills, Ahmed is poised for continued success in his role at LEOS.

Iraisy LEOS

As the Finance Manager at Leisure and Entertainment Operations Services (LEOS), Iraisy is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, financial reporting, and financial analysis. She also plays a key role in creating organizational structures to improve accounting and finance functions, executing vendor setup and payment, and administering bank accounts and account reconciliations. In addition, Iraisy is responsible for increasing revenue through assisting with operations management, sales, and marketing efforts at the various facilities LEOS operates across the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council). Iraisy is a highly skilled and experienced finance manager with a strong background in accounting, operations management, and international trade. Throughout her career, Iraisy has held a variety of roles in finance and accounting, including at the Chamber of Commerce of the Republic of Cuba, the Ministry of Foreign Trade, and various events and exhibitions. She is proficient in Spanish and English. Iraisy holds a bachelor's degree in finance and economics from the University of Havana, amd is currently studying International Trade Negotiations. In her previous role at Global Leisure and Entertainment, Iraisy was responsible for managing the finance function and increasing revenue through operations management, sales, and marketing efforts.

Senorita LEOS

Senorita Rozario comes with over 6 years of extensive Human Resource experience. She has had the opportunity to work in diverse roles within different HR Functions such as HR Consulting, Administration, Operations, Client Relationship Management, Talent Acquisition, Learning & development & Corporate Governance, and Employee Relations. Senorita's exceptional Leadership and Cultural Awareness skills enabled her to build an amazing track record and have a progressive and growing career. She is a trusted Human Resource Manager with LEOS. Passionate about streamlining the Human Resource Department & Automating HR to catch up with the post-covid scenario and build a strong relationship with the employees making LEOS one strong family where we appreciate, reward, award care, and support our employees. Her approach is to focus on a deeper understanding of employee relations making it legally compliant and easier to work. Her HR Mantra is " If she can change the workplace, she can change the world"

Jessica LEOS

As the Administrator of our LEOS Head Office, Jessica is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that everything runs smoothly. She plays a vital role in ensuring that the office functions efficiently by managing the day-to-day administrative tasks and supervising the support staff. Jessica is a highly skilled HR & Administrator with over 6 years of experience in the field. She has worked with various organizations and held diverse roles in Administration, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Employee Relations, and Accounts. Over the last 3 years, she worked with Tuscan Consulting as an HR Analyst, where she was responsible for coordinating with clients and collaborate with senior consultants for compensation & benefits projects. She also worked on HRMS innovation, implementation and testing while supporting with necessary data required. In her previous role as HR & Admin Officer at Bison Management Corporation in Makati, Philippines, she supported the whole organization, handled ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, and assisted the HR Director in amending and implementing company policies. She was also responsible for organizing training and events, preparing contracts, memorandums, and other necessary documents, and maintaining files and records of applicants, active and inactive employees, and clients. Jessica's technical skills include HRMS, HRIS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Arellano University, Philippines, and is a Licensed Psychometrician with the Professional Regulation Commission in the Philippines. With her diverse skills and experience, Jessica is a valuable asset to any organization.

Ali Attraction Manager LEOS

Ali Haidiry is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the leisure and entertainment industry. As the Attraction Manager at Wadi Hub Hatta Outdoors, he leads all involved departments, including Operations, Facilities, Customer Service, Marketing, and Retail, by setting clear objectives and motivating his team to achieve them. With a keen eye for detail, Ali is committed to providing the highest standard of customer service while adhering to the company's policies and procedures. He also works closely with partners to build strong relationships and ensure their satisfaction. Ali has a proven track record of handling customer and partner complaints in a courteous and professional manner, creating a welcoming environment for all. Prior to joining LEOS, Ali spent 12 years at Magic Planet, a Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment brand, where he served as Assistant Manager of Mall of the Emirates and helped pre-open Magic Planet Arabian Ranches and Maesimas. He then spent three seasons at Global Village as a Rides and Operation Senior Supervisor before joining Expo 2020 Dubai as a Duty Manager. Ali's extensive experience and dedication make him a valuable asset to the LEOS team, where he continues to provide exceptional leadership and expertise in the attraction management field.

Dercio LEOS

Dercio is an accomplished Assistant Attraction Manager at the Khasab Zipline in Oman, where he plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the attraction and the delivery of exceptional customer service. With a solid background in teaching, operations, warehouse management, and team leadership, Dercio brings a wealth of experience and skills to his role. After beginning his career as an English teacher in Mozambique, Dercio transitioned to operations and warehouse management at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, where he gained extensive experience in customer service, safety, and quality control. He then worked for Tupperware International and Agility Abu Dhabi PJSC, where he developed his attention to detail and organizational skills. Since joining LEOS in 2022, Dercio has demonstrated his ability to handle operational challenges and his commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. He quickly rose to the position of Team Leader at the Velocity Project before being promoted to Attractions Assistant Manager at Dubai Safari Park Adventure Valley Project. In this role, he oversaw the day-to-day operations of the Adventure Valley attractions, ensuring the safety and well-being of all guests and team members. Dercio's passion for delivering exceptional customer service, coupled with his experience and dedication, make him an asset to the Khasab Zipline team. He is committed to ensuring that every guest has a memorable and enjoyable experience, and he is always willing to go above and beyond to achieve this goal.

Michel LEOS

Michel Azar is an accomplished professional with a wealth of experience in the adventure tourism industry. As the Attraction Manager for the Oman Zipline, Michel oversees the construction and operation of the zipline, managing a team of professionals to ensure the project's success. Michel has a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish, with extensive experience in team management, safety equipment installation, and technical support. His previous roles as Project Manager and Operator with Elevate GCC and XDubai, respectively, demonstrate his expertise in managing teams and ensuring smooth operations. Michel has also worked as a Logistic Project Manager for B'Equipped, where he was responsible for building an adventure park, two ziplines, and a climbing tower in just 21 days. He trained staff, monitored activities, and operated the park, showcasing his versatility and dedication. In addition to his professional experience, Michel has also founded and leads "Guardians of the Falls," a canyoning team that explores and accesses remote areas for outdoor activities such as skydiving, base jumping, wingsuit flying, fishing, surfing, and more. He is passionate about outdoor sports and promoting physical fitness. Michel earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Event Management from AUL Kaslik in 2016. His education and experience have provided him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his current role as Attraction Manager for the Oman Zipline.

John LEOS

John Noel Amianit is the Attraction Assistant Manager at Velocity Slide, located at the World Trade Centre in Abu Dhabi. In this role, John is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the attraction, managing staff, and coordinating events and promotions. He also handles customer inquiries and complaints and works to maintain the overall safety and cleanliness of the venue. Additionally, John is involved in developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of Velocity Slide, and manages budget and financial aspects of the attraction. John's strong customer service skills, ability to work well as part of a team, and dedication to maintaining the safety and enjoyment of visitors make him an invaluable asset to the organization. He is an enthusiastic and self-confident individual with a positive attitude and strong motivation. Prior to moving to the UAE, John spent five years working in the sales industry, where he developed his customer service skills and ability to work well as part of a team. He holds a bachelor's degree in nutrition and food technology, which he obtained at the age of 20 at the Tarlac State University. After graduating, John began his first job. In February 2022, he joined LEOS.
